Bath Fringe Festival
We try to do something different when we play at the annual Bath Fringe Festival. It's never just a straight gig.
You can find pictures, posters and images of each show here and by using the menu.
We’ll be launching our new CD “The Story Of My Life” at the Spiegeltent as part of Bath Fringe Festival on Saturday afternoon 24th May.
Doors (or in this case tent flaps) open at 1.30pm and at 2pm Ponchartrain take the stage. Ponchartrain rock along playing honky-tonk, rockabilly, cajun, blues and country fronted by seasoned veteran Paul Godden. Paul has a pedigree long as yer arm incuding touring and recording with Van the Man.
Bill Smarme & The Bizness will perform their show “The Story Of My Life” starting at 3.30pm based around their new CD of the same name. The band is fronted by out-of-season veteran Bill Smarme with a pedigree that’s still not house-trained, including touring and recording with The Bizness who are the only ones who’ll put up with him. However, Bill – international entertainer, ladies’ man, bon viveur, building contractor – is often referred to as “the world’s most fabulous man”.
Copies of the new CD will be on sale. The Spiegeltent is a fabulously atmospheric big-top venue and will be pitched on Bath Rugby Ground (The Rec). Pedestrian access is off Argyle Street or the river path.
The whole afternoon’s crackin’ entertainment costs just a fiver and tickets can be bought at www.bathboxoffice.org.uk / tel 01225 463362 or pay on the door.

See you there,
